This workbook is your steady companion to you as healing begins.It can be used by individuals working through their grief, therapists working with clients, and in groups. This is not your traditional approach to grief – my focus is always about understanding what grief does to our functioning, coping with it, finishing what was not done at the time of the death, and taking the lost loved one into a future defined by the griever. The goal is to do the grief work to completion, and to create a life you choose after a loss you didn’t ask for.Each page in this book is dedicated to helping you with insightful prompts.
