Campus textbook buyback events

Give students a way to ask about selling textbooks they no longer need. Good Books Company works with schools on campus buyback events. Send us your proposed dates and location to discuss whether an event is a fit.

Start with the event details

Tell us which school you represent, where the event would take place, your preferred dates, and the approximate number of students who might participate. If you have a book list, include the ISBNs, editions, and estimated quantities.

A campus event is different from selling a school's own surplus inventory. For books owned by a K–12 school, use our school inventory inquiry.

What to discuss before an event

  • The books and editions students are likely to bring.
  • Available space, access, and the person coordinating the event.
  • How book eligibility and offers will be explained to students.
  • Any agreed handling, collection, and payment arrangements.

Send an inquiry before announcing an event. Participation, book acceptance, logistics, and payment arrangements need to be confirmed for the particular event.
