Include the details that identify the stock

List each title's ISBN, edition, binding, quantity, and condition. Keep new copies, used copies, and copies with different condition notes on separate lines. Mention remainder marks, store labels, missing jackets, or other differences that affect the physical copy.

Older editions are worth identifying precisely. Include the exact ISBN and edition rather than replacing them with the details of a newer version.

• The approximate total quantity.
• Whether the list is final or still being updated.
• Your preferred timing and any collection or shipping constraints.
