Daily Examen Prayer Journal: Finding God in All Things

The Examen is an ancient Ignatian practice that encourages us to review our past so we might recognize God’s presence in our day-to-day moments. Each journal page includes prompts to help us slow down and give God permission to pull back the wool of self and search our hearts for inconsistencies. We praise God, give thanks, and seek His forgiveness and healing. After reflecting on the past day, we turn our thoughts to the day ahead, asking God to reveal the potential challenges and opportunities that lie before us. We ask for the wisdom and strength to fill every space we find ourselves in with His glory. This journal consists of 365 entry pages and is designed to be used daily toward the end of the day.
