The HAPPINESS Experiment has taken me a lifetime of searching, struggling, suffering, winning, losing, and fighting against all odds, discovering courage and determination I did not know I was born with. I started my life as a child with PTSD, which evolved into complex PTSD, I did the impossible with the impossible. Then, on June 13th, 2022, my internal light came on and I finally found a way to reverse the potentially life-threatening effects of PTSD and CPTSD. And on that journey of being an international speaker and author traveling almost 4 million air miles, I found the elusive true source of HAPPINESS. Now I share my life and the profound HAPPINESS Experiment discoveries and secrets with you, and how these secrets can create miracles to keep you physically healthy.
